Hyper Japan is a three-day event that showcases the very best and brightest of Japanese culture from the modern to the traditional. Everywhere you looked on February 25 and 26 at Earls Court , there was something fascinating to see, from martial arts demonstrations to panels and fashion shows on stage, and for the culinary senses a feast of festival food.
