Following their very first one-man at Ikebukuro Cyber, ROKKYUU had a few questions for A(Ace). Toshi answered with such straight-forward enthusiasm!

About your first oneman:.

69: How did you like your first oneman?
Toshi:  It was very stimulating.

69: What song did you feel made the best impression? Which did you enjoy the most?
Toshi: The one that left an impression is “Rhapsody in Black.” There’s a lot of unison with the guitar line and it requires a lot of technique so it’s a really fun song.

69:  What songs would you have liked to have played if you had the time?
Toshi: I wanted to play everything but we spent a lot of time thinking carefully to make it the best possible set list so I’m thoroughly satisfied.

69: What memory sticks with you even now?
Toshi: The moment the curtain opened and I came face to face with lots of Heartys.

69: Do you have any regrets? Or are you completely satisfied?
Toshi: Nothing!

Some questions inspired by the show and the White Album:

69: Please tell us about ‘Ace Day’ (Ace no hi.)
Toshi: It’s the best day out of all 365.

69: Should the crowd expect any surprises at the free live on 11/11
Toshi:  We’ll present our Heartys with the strongest love.
(Hearty

69: Speaking of imbibing liquids onstage… Mucho Gracias, what is that mysterious red drink of yours?
Toshi: I tried it once but it was too much for me.

Concerning A(Ace).
A(エース) について。

69: Whose idea was “Hearty’s” and how did you come up with it?
Toshi:  It was Nimo’s idea. We all put forth various ideas and finally we chose “Hearty.”

69: Did you have any personal input in the design of your costumes? What are your favorite points of each costume?
Toshi: I love the whole thing but especially the stole wound around my neck. The silhouette when I spin and move is really pretty.

69: Have any of you been sailing, or otherwise been on a boat before? How was it?
Toshi: I’m permanently aboard A’s ship and off on a journey. Privately, I transfer on a boat when I go South to fish.

69: What would be your buried treasure?
(Toshi
Toshi:  Heartys souls.
(Hearty

69: Having sold out of your two concept albums and succeeded at your first one-man, what’s your next port of call?
Toshi: Success for 2011.11.11!
