Live Report

Five bands gathered at Shibuya O-West on June 25 for the debut of the Blue Planet Japan (B.P.J) Alliance. The founders, DaizyStripper, FEST VAINQUEUR and A(Ace) were joined by like-minded artists, Dolly and heidi. for a concert to promote the project. Bright blue rubber wristbands in support of the charity were handed out to everyone who entered the venue and even worn during the show by the performers.

The final act, a session band involving many artists from various bands, introduced the song “Hitotsu dake We Are the One” written by DaizyStripper’s Kazami with lyrics by Yu-Giri, and additional composition for the violin by A(Ace)’s Rookie Fiddler. As a special bonus for the concert-goers, the music video for the song was filmed live and thus performed not once, but twice.

With a brilliant line-up, a gorgeous new collaboration song, and an exciting variety of guest appearances, the whole event was a sure-fire hit!
