Moran-Moran-Naman to be Broadcasted on NicoNicoDouga + More
Moran will air a special net TV program called Moran-Moran-Naman at NicoNicoDouga on Monday July 16. A great chance to get a taste for the two newest members making up the new five-man line-up, vivi on guitar and Ivy on bass, the show is a also new challenge for Moran. It will focus mainly on the members as they get to know each other with you as witness. The currently scheduled program will start at 9:00pm (Japan standard) on July 16. The tweet hash tag for the broadcast will be #Naman so even if you have problems with Nico Nico, be sure not to miss the tweet-feed!
Following up the band’s exciting first net TV appearance will be the new line-up’s first release, Eclipse, scheduled for September 12. After the induction of new members, the band’s sound has changed to a heavier tone, so don’t hesitate to get your hands on this CD which can be booked through CD shops nationwide in Japan. For those in the country or planning a holiday, a number of in-store events will be held across Japan from September to December.
The Limited version is the more expensive of the two at ￥2,100 but is well worth it, containing three songs plus the music video of “Eclipse.” While the limited edition features two different versions of “Vega no Hana” (and isn’t that just intriguing?) the regular release contains only one with “Hika ni Nijimu” added for variation.
With a net TV show and new single in the works, Moran are moving forward at full steam. They’ve scheduled not only a oneman tour titled entitled “Shinshoku suru Boku he, Kimi kara no Keibetsu to Shuuchaku to” which will begin at Osaka MUSE on September 28, traveling through Nagoya, Niigata, Hakata, Osaka and more, but also an event tour which has already kicked off on July 14! Hitting Sendai, Sapporo, Niigata, Kyoto, Okayama, Utsunomiya etc., the tour will hit its peaks in Kanto at CLUB CITTA on August 26 and Takadanobaba AREA on August 31 with the already sold out final also at AREA a day later on September 1.

Chika has been interested in visual kei music since VK bands first began holding free lives the Hokoten area in Harajuku. She was too young to go watch them back then in the early 90s, but the scenes on TV caught her eye. Since then, she has loved the passion of VK music and, of course, music in general.
