All eyes are on NightingeiL, an up-and-coming visual kei band that started up mid-2008. The band has two new releases planned for summer and autumn, a follow-up to their recent consecutive maxi-singles that were released in March and April, Nibui Oto and Yugande Hashiru.

As of July 21, NightingeiL’s first batch of music will be available throughout various Japanese karaoke franchises. For those of you on Japanese mobile phone networks, you can download certain songs to your phone to use as a ringtone.

Perhaps the most relevant news for overseas fans is the band’s appearance in the Cure USA this July. Cure USA volume 2—the July release—also features an interview with NightingeiL’s vocalist, Kon.

Along with the coming releases, the band has a change of rock garb in the works, so keep your eyes peeled.

Music from NightingeiL’s first maxi single—you—is available for sampling on the band’s MySpace page.
