Moran

Moran will be releasing their first mini album Heroine on July 22.  With seven tracks included, the mini album will cost ¥2,520.

Along with this release, the band will go on their first oneman tour, which will cover the three major metropolitan hubs by performing at Osaka FAN J-twice, Nagoya at Nagoya ell.FITS ALL, and the tour final in Tokyo at Tokyo Kinema Club on August 29, 30, and September 9, 2009.

The band has captured the imaginations of fans through various oddball acts, which have included comedic MCs and performances in complete darkness, where the band members wore flashing rings on their fingers to indicate their whereabouts. Moran has also performed many special event lives, such as their eight installments of Morancolic (which often celebrated members’ birthdays). On Valentine’s Day in 2009, they arranged a special twoman concert with Sugar at Takadanobaba AREA.

Notable upcoming events include collaborations of Art Pop Entertainment Presents Brand New Romance and  Speed Disk Presents Shinra Banshou Another Story, at various locations during July and August.

Moran has been very active since they formed in 2007—they have released four singles, one music video, and a kept busy live schedule. Hopefully, this much anticipated mini album and first tour will be the first step towards a full album sometime in the near future.
