It’s been another year of ups and downs but ROKKYUU sorted through the various releases we were able to sample throughout 2011 to bring you our top picks with The 69 of 2011.

ROKKYUU first heard this song at its original live performance at B.P.J Alliance We Are the One Vol.1 and we loved it then, humming it at random for weeks after. The finished product is even more compelling.

Five bands gathered at Shibuya O-West on June 25 for the charity project Blue Planet Japan. The founders, DaizyStripper, FEST VAINQUEUR and A(Ace) were joined by like-minded artists, Dolly and heidi. for a concert to promote the project. The final act introduced the song "Hitotsu dake We Are the One" written by DaizyStripper's Kazamiwith lyrics by Yu-Giri, and additional composition for the violin by A(Ace)'s Rookie Fiddler. Many other artists joined the night's performers for a debt live session of "Hitotsu dake We Are the One," simultaneously filming the song's music video.

ROKKYUU Magazine presents: FEST VAINQUEUR.The Indies Series project is all about introducing the best and brightest newcomers to the visual kei scene. Well, neither the members nor the line-up of FEST VAINQUEUR are "new" per se, but while the after-image of SINCREA remains, the four members have created a fresh new sound and concept that captured ROKKYUU's attention.

Five bands gathered at Shibuya O-West on June 25 for the debut of the Blue Planet Japan (B.P.J) Alliance. The founders, DaizyStripper, FEST VAINQUEUR and A(Ace) were joined by like-minded artists, Dolly and heidi. for a concert to promote the project. Bright blue rubber wristbands in support of the charity were handed out to everyone who entered the venue and even worn during the show by the performers
