Keeping up their record of an album a year, heidi.’s new mini album is a good seven tracks in length and every track has its merits, renewing old sounds, consolidating recent trends, and even introducing new aspects to the band’s music. No two tracks from Sixth Sense sound alike and yet all sound like heidi.

However, the guitarist tried his best to back out. “I got kinda nervous as the song started to end, so I don’t really want to do it after all…” Nevertheless, he was herded to centre stage, Yoshihiko sitting upon a speaker and holding up his mic. “Wow, just like a mic stand,” teased Nao, pushing Yoshihiko’s sleeve down to the elbow. “Okay, here I go…”

On August 21, Shibuya AX was packed for DaizyStripper’s only 2011 oneman live, titled SIX BLESS. Fans gathered around the hall, buying goods and snacking on special DaizyStripper shaved ice which included original flavors such as “Taste of Yu-Giri’s Forbidden Holy Water” and Mayu’s “Cherry Boy (virgin) Paradise.” At 6 pm, quiet fell over the crowd as a projection of DaizyStripper’s logo appeared on the curtain. An English voiceover intoned, “We’ve been looking forward to being here, right here, right this moment. We love every single person. Thank you - DaizyStripper.”
