If you attended Saitama’s V Rock Festival, it was hard not to notice that it was sponsored by popular menswear brand Jury Black. The brand appears in rock magazines and stages across Japan, and has been modeled by bands such as Golden Bomber, Nightmare, SuG, and ViViD. Designer J, with his leopard print jacket and cropped hair that read “Fuck” dyed into the side, looked just as wild as his brand but was happy enough to sit down with ROKKYUU and tell us a little about his background and Jury Black.

"They’re teaching us the furi but we’re the only ones doing it," Nao complained, mostly lying. "I tried to get them rolling their fists but… This is embarrassing," Mayu teased. There was no question of whether the crowd were keeping up or not when X JAPAN's "Kurenai" blasted through the club. "Ready?" asked Mayu. "It’s Kurenai," screamed DJ Nao.

We know VK fans are rarely clubbers, however VK club nights are all the rage in Tokyo. Held on a Sunday once a month at Shibuya Club SECO, Viju Love Night is one of those great events you should add to your clubbing/rockin' schedule. That's why ROKKYUU took an inside look at Viju Love Night, famous for its celebrity DJs and the constant stream of band members picked from every corner of the V-rock genre.
